About Michael...The Yim family emigrated to Toronto from Hong Kong in 1974 when Michael was a teenager. Finished Civil Engineering Technology in 1979. Worked for DeHavilland Aircraft as an Aircraft Assembler in 1979. He found the working environment was very dissatisfying and eventually resigned in the beginning of 1981. Licensed as a Real Estate Salesperson in March 1981; Licensed as Broker in November 1984. Joined CENTURY 21 system in January 1986. Once managed the #1 CENTURY 21 Office in the World until November 1989, then teamed up with wife Lucy happily ever since!
About Lucy...
Moved to California from Hong Kong in 1971. Emigrated to Toronto in 1975. Former Ladies' Boutiques owner for 10 years until 1987. Joined her husband, Michael at CENTURY 21 in April 1987 as a new Salesperson, subsequently achieved the followings:
